Biography:

Mari Rosa is an internationally award-winning multilingual singer and songwriter.  The daughter of an Italian-Argentine father and American mother, Mari polished her performance skills in clubs, colleges, and on live TV and radio in major markets all over the U.S.. She has shared the stage/studio with Scott Healy (Max Weinburg Band), Kermit Driscoll(Bill Frisell), Richie Morales(Spyro Gyra), Cachao(inventor of the Mambo), Latin Grammy award-winner Fernando Otero, Will Daily(Boston Music Awards), DelExilio, Harvie S, Don Friedman, and many others. She has earned two Latin Jazz Awards (Next Generation; Best Vocalist), songwriting awards(such as an Honorable Mention award in the Billboard Song Contest), and has been favorably compared to Astrud Gilberto and Sara Bareilles.  

In early 2015, Mari will release her first English language singer/songwriter EP, Bicycle Wheel, named after Marcel Duchamp's great work of kinetic art.  The title track has already won a songwriting award(placing in the Top 5 Singer/Songwriter Category of the 2013 Great American Song Contest). Showcasing strong lyrics, and beautiful lush arrangements, Bicycle Wheel is fresh, sweet, and scheduled for a Spring release.
